Refund and Dispute Policy

At HorizonGreen, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our services.

  • Refunds: Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • If the service has not yet been started and the request for a refund is made within 24 hours of payment.

  • If the customer is not satisfied with the service, they must provide detailed feedback, and we will attempt to resolve the issue. If a resolution is not possible, a partial or full refund may be provided at our discretion.

  • All refund requests must be submitted via email to horizongreen1@gmail.com.

  • Disputes: In the event of a dispute:

  • The customer is encouraged to contact our customer service first to attempt to resolve the issue.

  • If a resolution cannot be reached, the customer may raise a dispute through Stripe, and we will cooperate fully with the dispute resolution process facilitated by Stripe.

  • Timeline: Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

  • Services can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment without any charges.
  • If a cancellation request is made after the service has started but before completion, a partial refund may be provided, depending on the amount of work already completed.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email to horizongreen1@gmail.com.

Transaction Currency

All transactions with HorizonGreen are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
